DELIVERY INFORMATION
New Zealand Delivery:
Mecasso offers free delivery for all purchases over $150.00 shipped within NZ with the exception of large items.
- Orders under $150.00, North Island $8.00, Rural (North Island) $3.00 extra, South Island $18.00, Rural (South Island) $3.00 extra.
- For furniture and larger/heavier items, prices are specified on the site.
- Please supply street addresses for all deliveries. We do not accept PO Box numbers.
Once your order is confirmed and paid we do our best to ship the same day! Orders received on the weekend will be shipped on Monday. - You will be emailed a confirmation and tracking information on the day of dispatch.
- All orders will be shipped without delivery pricing notification unless otherwise specified by the Customer.
- All items purchased from the Seller are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. All items are securely packaged and any damaged parcels should be brought to the attention of the courier on receipt. Please ensure you select “Signature Required” for delivery to ensure your order is not left unattended. In all cases, we will provide a tracking/reference number once we ship your product. For missing parcels please contact the courier company directly stating your reference number. Non –signature deliveries are at your own risk.
